Continued Learnings for 2025

The event explored how individuals and families can adapt to rapidly evolving tax and estate-planning frameworks, with a particular focus on navigating the latest cross-border developments and staying both compliant and competitive. Speakers examined how to structure offshore assets and businesses for long-term efficiency, highlighting ways to align legal entities, trusts, and banking relationships across multiple jurisdictions.

Participants also engaged with practical solutions for second residency and citizenship, gaining insight into the mobility, protection, and access these options can provide. The program delved into building resilient portfolios capable of withstanding political, currency, and market shocks, while also emphasizing the growing importance of integrating wellness and purpose into legacy planning—a reminder that true wealth extends far beyond balance sheets.

Community with a Shared World View

Host Joel Nagel commented: “Over the years, Presidents’ Week has evolved into a community defined not by geography, but by a shared worldview. Attendees frequently describe the experience as equal parts education and reunion—a gathering of people who value independence, foresight, and the kind of quiet accomplishment that rarely seeks the spotlight.

Though the themes continue to evolve with the world around us, the outcome remains the same: attendees left with immediately actionable knowledge and clear frameworks designed to transform uncertainty into opportunity.”

During the Presidents’ Week Conference relationships built continue to shape projects, partnerships, and friendships long after the final session ends. In many ways, the event is an annual touchpoint for those navigating the complexities of global life, ensuring that the conversations begun here carry forward throughout the year – the event is less a conference and more a catalyst for action.
